Yellow Strawberry Guava ( Layer )

Yellow Strawberry Guava is a small tree in the Myrtaceae family. The species is named in honour of English horticulturist William Cattley. The Yellow Strawberry Guava is well balanced sweet and tropical with a subtle sub-acid touch of tang. Some have described it as tasting like passion fruit mixed with strawberry. Strawberry Guava generally grows to height between 6 and 14 feet, although they can grow taller.
